Dean (below with Patty) is the creator and inspiration behind Bucher Construction. Dean is 65 years old and began his construction career as a carpenter before starting Bucher Construction in 1985. As our president Dean oversees all operations and directly manages our model homes and developments. Respected and admired in the industry as one of the most knowledgeable, sincere, and long-standing builders in the region, Dean and Patty have celebrated 44 years of marriage and enjoy spending their free time with their thirteen grand children.

Bryan (below, with wife Kelly, McKenna, Mackinaw, and Peyton) provides the energy and project management for the majority of Bucher's daily operations. He works with customers to manage most of our custom projects. Ensuring customer satisfaction, the schedule, and quality is his main focus. Bryan makes daily rounds to each project, while routinely meeting with customers throughout the process.

Dan (below, with wife Jess, Rocko and Shae) is typically the first contact people have with Bucher Construction. Managing sales, estimating and design, Dan works with prospective clients from first contact through the permitting phase.

Bryan and Dan have a passion to continually improve Bucher Construction while maintaining its position as one of the area's premier builders. They’re committed to maintaining the same model of debt-free growth that Dean Bucher built Bucher Construction upon from day 1.
