Bucher Construction was established over 22 years ago as we began our business with a pre-sold home in Valparaiso for a family member.  Since that time in the fall of 1985, we have grown into a company that builds 18-20 homes each year consisting of both pre-sold and speculative homes. The majority of our projects have been in Porter County, but we have also built in neighboring counties. 

    At the time of our origination, we wanted to be a business that not only offered an exceptional home with quality that exceeds expectations, but also be a builder that would offer a positive and pleasant experience to our customers. As our goal has been accomplished, it has not changed.  We continue to excel with superior quality and  workmanship while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers; now beginning to build for second generations and second homes for original customers. 

    We look toward the future with excitement as we envision growth within the region, and growth within our company.  Our passion is to create beautiful, timeless new homes in the Valparaiso area and all of Northwest Indiana.
